An Innovative web-path with variable progression allows the FA450 to work different materials with speed up to 600 m./min., obtaining rolls and logs always with perfect tensions.
IT CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH AN ADJUSTABLE INTERCHANGEABLE GROUP THAT ALLOWS A PRODUCTION OF ROLLS AND LOGS FROM 30 MM. UP TO THE MAXIMUM MACHINE’S WIDTH.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2150 mm.
- Slitting width: from 12 mm. to the maximum jumbo-roll width
- Max finished roll diameter: 450 mm.
- Roll inside diameter: 3”
- Minimum gap rollers able to work “in contact” or lay-on roll” mode.
- Slitting system than can be installed at the same time: razor-blades, score knives, shear knives.
- Mechanical speed: 600 m./min.
- TIME NEEDED FOR THE SIZE CHANGEOVER: 15 MIN. APPROX.
