It can produce BOPP rolls from 50 to 1500 m. with very short cycle times.
The change of production needs few and quick adjustments only (few minutes) by the machine’s operator
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2150 mm.
- Min. slitting width: 12 mm.
- Max. finished rolls diameter: 320 mm.
- Minimum gap group
- Roll inside diameter: 3”
- Razor blades slitting system (score knives upon request)
- Mechanical speed: 500 m./min.
- Time needed for size changeover: 15 min. approx.
PRODUCTION:
- Cycle time for 50 m. rolls = 21 sec.
- Cycle time for 1000 m. rolls of BOPP = 3 min. approx.
- Cycle time for 1500 m. rolls of BOPP = 4 min. approx.
FITTINGS:
- Rolls unloading and conveyance system to Packaging machines and/or Box Filler

The RS320 can work in line with:

- IP120 and IP120/2: Pick & Place Carton Fillers
