The LOG-PACK system is controlled by one operator whose job is mainly to supervise the production cycle.
One operator can supervise the production of two automatic Log-Winders at the same time.
MAIN FEATURES:
Depending on the chosen configuration, the system performs the following operations automatically:
- Logs conveyance from the Log-Winder
- Logs internal labeling
- Logs shrink-wrapping
- Application of square end plugs
- Logs conveyance to the carton filling station by conveyor belts, pitch type
- Box forming of different dimensions
- Logs insertion inside the boxes and boxes closing with hot-melt adhesive
- Boxes labeling
- Boxes positioning on one or more pallet
