The rolls from the Slitter-Rewinders can be feed directly or via the Feeding Unit mod. KC.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Min. rolls height to be packed: 24 mm.
- Max. rolls diameter to be packed: 150 mm.
- Packaging material: PE from 20 to 40 micron.
- Driven film wrapping
- Pre-shrinking of the packages with air nozzles
- Packages slitting and welding by welding bar
- Shrinking tunnel with system for packages holding
PRODUCTION:
- TS28: 28 packages per minute approx.
- TS20:.14 packages per minute approx.
FITTINGS:
- Feeding units/Interface mod. KC200 or KC100
- Interchangeable guides for rolls canalisation
- Labelling system for packages in “TOWER” configurations
