  • Shrinking material: PE from 20 to 40 micron.
  • Max. Width jumbo-roll: 600 mm.
  • Max. Diameter of jumbo-roll: 400 mm. approx.
  • Heights of rolls to be packed: from 18 to over 200 mm.
  • Shrinking oven with settable temperature
  • Driven conveyor belts for rolls.
  • Types of packs:
    – 3 rows of 4 rolls with diameter of 110 mm. approx.
    – 2 rows of 3 rotoli with diameter from 110 to 140 mm. approx.
    – 2 rows of 2 rolls with diameter from 120 to 180 mm. approx.
    – Individual roll with max. diameter of 450 mm. approx.

OUTPUT

  • From 18 to 24 shots per minute, according to the height of the rolls.
