RB350 converts any type of material: PROTECTIVE, LAMINATED, SELF-ADHESIVE TAPES, FILMS, ETC. It is manufactured in two versions: for logs with 350 mm. and 500 mm. diameter.
Log-winder designed for companies converting expensive and delicate materials and requiring high quality products.
RB350/500 allows to produce finished logs with always perfect tension, which prevents problems during the unwinding and rewinding and resists aging.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: up to 2150 mm. (larger widths upon request)
- Finished logs max. diameter: 350 or 500 mm.
- Finished logs inside diameter: 3” (other diameters upon request)
- Finshed logs min. width: 400 mm.
- Mechanical speed: from 300 to 500 m./min. according to the materials to convert
- Minimum gap with lay-on roll function
- Pneumatic expanding rewinding shafts, cantilevered type, with automatic inflation and deflation
- Automatic cut-off with automatic re-start

- Automatic unloading system of the finished logs
- Delaminating-laminating group
- Longitudinal slitting systems and trims rewinding group
- Automatic systems of logs closing and material fixing on the new cardboard
tubes (for materials without adhesive) - Pressure roller to remove the fish-eyes during the rewinding phase.
