RBA300 and the LOG-PACK system forms an automatic line able to: WRAP – LABEL – PACK – INSERT LATERAL CAPS – PALLETIZE – (FROM THE JUMBO-ROLL TO THE PALLETIZING UNIT WIHTOUT ANY MANUAL INTERVENTION).
MAIN FEATURES:
- Working width: from 1000 to 2300 mm.
- Finished logs min. width: 500 mm.
- Finished logs max. diameter: from 200 up to 350 mm.
- Finished logs inside diameter: 3” (from 1″ up to 6″ on demand)
- Mechanical speed: from 400 to 600 m./min. according to the material to convert
- Automatic loading of the cardboard tubes
- Automatic unloading of the finished logs
INDICATIVE PRODUCTION:
- 50 m. logs: from 14 to 28 sec. according to the materials and machine’s configuration
